What is a Property Inspection Report?

The Property Inspection Report is required to certify whether the intended accommodation is habitable, and whether the property would become statutorily overcrowded by any additional person(s) proposing to live there as defined under the Housing Act 1985 or that it will not contravene public health regulations as per the Housing Act 2004.

Our Surveyor is trained in carrying out Housing Health and Safety Rating System (HHSRS) & Houses in Multiple Occupation (HMOs) inspections and has knowledge of the Housing Act 1985 & 2004 and therefore we have the experience and expertise to provide Property Inspection Reports. Our reports are 100% accepted by the UK Border Agency and satisfy their requirements.
